| Total Martial Arts Supplies uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.
However, in some instances, we use other reputable couriers such as FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service to ship packages.
Orders CANNOT be cancelled or modified. Please verify all shipping and billing information before submitting your order.
Orders that contain a bad shipping address and are shipped back to the our warehouse can be reshipped to the customer, however an additional shipping and handling fee (equal to the original shipping and handling charges) will apply. In order to prevent this circumstance from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information before placing your order.
If an item is out of stock or back ordered TotalMartialArtsSupplies.com will contact the customer for guidance on proceeding with the order.
All domestic orders have a 10 working day delivery time. These estimates are based on if the item is in stock and excludes weekends and holidays. If you do not receive anything within 3 weeks, please contact us.

Delivery days include everyday except Sunday and holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimated and therefore not guaranteed.

Multiple ordered items may ship in seperate packages.
If more than 1 large item is ordered there will be an additional charge of $85 for each bounce-back dummy or fighting man dummy ordered or $30 per other large item on top of the regular shipping costs. Whether an item is considered large or not is the sole discretion of Total Martial Arts Supplies
International Orders
We are pleased to now be able to offer shipping to most countries outside the U.S and have a delivery time of 2 to 8 weeks. International orders are accepted in U.S. currency only.
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to find out your countries restrictions including but not limited to restricted items and size limits on packages.
By buying from Total Martial Arts Supplies you are agreeing to this policy and are held completely liable for your order. There will be no refunds made for violations of this policy or customs seizures. Upon receipt foreign Governments may charge additional duties and taxes.
