Therefore returns are gladly accepted for 30 days. You can return any purchase within 30 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
We offer a 100% guarantee on all products against defects in materials and craftmanship. The items you'll receive are high quality products in excellent condition.
Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt.
FREE Exchanges - We will pay for return shipping when you exchange your item for one worth 50% of the value. NO Restocking fee!
Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This will also apply where an order is refused upon delivery.
* Items must be in new and unused condition in order to be returned. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
* Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
* Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer and the customer shall be responsible for the shipping, no exceptions.

You will be issued an RMA and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
You must be issued a RMA# before you return your tapestry. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
