Can I order offline?

Yes. Simply phone us between 7am and 7pm PST, Monday-Friday, on (toll free) 1-800-886-1958 with your credit card details.

When will my credit card be charged?

The charge will go through on your credit card at the time you submit your order, unless your order is to be held on Backorder. In the case of Backorders, we usually charge your credit card when your product is ready to ship.

How will my order be shipped?

Most of our orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Click here for further shipping details.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 10 business days of you placing an order. However, please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. International orders have a delivery time of 2 to 8 weeks. In the unlikely event of there being a delay, we will contact you to let you know the timings to be expected. If you need a rush order please contact us.

Can I order if I live somewhere other than continental United States?

Yes. We are now able to accomodate international orders to most countries. If you want to have a product shipped outside of continental United States, please contact us and we shall endeavour to fulfil your requirements.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Sales Tax will only be assessed on orders that are shipped within the State of Wyoming (4%). This is because our corporate office is in Cheyenne, Wyoming. All other states are tax exempt for orders placed at TotalMartialArtsSupplies.com. However, foreign Governments may charge additional duties and taxes, which are the buyers responsibility

Do you gift wrap?

We do not gift wrap at this time. However, we have numerous items which are suitable gifts or why not consider giving a gift certificate to a loved one
